Holiday Celebrations

    With Christmas fabric available in stores year-round, it is very easy to put together a Christmas-themed quilt.  Halloween is another holiday where a lot of quilts are made, as are Valentine’s Day and the Fourth of July.  But there are other holidays that can have quilts made for them too.

    What about St. Patrick’s Day and Thanksgiving?  New Year’s and Mardi Gras?  How about making a quilt for Earth Day?

    There are holidays and celebrations throughout the year and the world that could have quilts made for them.  While there is nothing wrong with making a quilt for the usual holidays, give a new holiday quilt a try.  You never know what you may create.
