Big Kid Quilt

A Little Bit Twisted

             With every child there comes the time where they outgrow their baby things and move onto their big kid things.  This happens with their baby quilts too.  The child may still drag the quilt around and sit on it, but the time will come where he or she needs something for their first “big kid” bed and to grow older with. 

Cathryn asked me to make a “big kid” quilt for her daughter when she was about three.  Made up of her daughter’s favorite colors, I put together a quilt that I hope she continues to enjoy as she grows older.
