Counting Seams

              When I’m nearing the end of a quilt, sometimes I start to think about what I need to do in terms of seams.  I will look at the project and figure out how many more seams I need to do in order to finish the quilt.  Some of the seams may be long, but knowing how many I have left makes the finished quilt top feel not so far off.
