How I Design
Finger Paint |
Sometimes I don’t know what to
design. I sit and wonder, what should I
draw next? How am I going to arrange
pieces this time? What look am I trying
to get?
Then,
all of a sudden, an image will pop into my head and I’m off and running. The image can be something as simple as a shape
to experiment with. Or the way I need to
work around a fabric’s particular design.
Sometimes I’ll suddenly know how to use and arrange the amount and size
of fabric I have on hand.
With
any of these scenarios, a completely new design can come to mind. And they can happen at any time. That’s what keeps things exciting.
