Sometimes It’s for the Best
We did not plant the flower there. Yet, somehow, this year, it grew underneath the lilac bush. We suspect a squirrel or bunny helped move the flower to its new home. There are similar flowers around the garden, and they could have easily uprooted a bulb or seed, leaving it under the lilac bush.
Now the flower has bloomed all on its own. It looks a little lonely. But in another way, as it stands strongly by itself, this flower is even more beautiful.
Sometimes
this happens with a quilt. Either a
mistake is made, or an element ends up just where it happens to end up. While at the moment this could be
frustrating, in the end it may make the quilt even more beautiful.
