Thinking About You

Birthday Surprise

         Caring, in so many ways, is what quilting is all about.  It’s letting someone know you were thinking about them as you picked out the fabrics and sewed the pieces together.  They were on your mind as you chose the quilting pattern and decided on the thread.  They were on your mind as you put on the binding.  They were on your mind as you hoped they liked what you made.  

       All through the quilting process, whether you knew it or not, the person you were making the quilt for was on your mind.
